  • Refunds: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun
  • Pro-rated Refunds: No pro-rated refunds are available for partial month usage
  • Final Month: Upon cancellation, members retain access through the end of their final paid billing period

Founding Member and Premium Memberships

  • Commitment Period: Annual or multi-month commitments may apply
  • Early Termination: Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your membership agreement
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds considered only in cases of medical necessity with appropriate documentation

Service Credits

Unused Credits

  • Expiration: Service credits expire according to membership terms (typically monthly)
  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between members or converted to cash
  • Refunds: Unused credits are non-refundable upon membership cancellation

Service Modifications

  • Rescheduling: Services may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for scheduled services may result in credit forfeiture

Individual Services (Non-Members)

Single Session Purchases

  • Cancellation Window: Full refund available if cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment
  • Same-Day Cancellation: No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment
  • No-Show: No refund for missed appointments without proper cancellation

Retail Products (If Applicable)

Physical Products

  • Return Period: 30 days from purchase date for unopened, unused products
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original packaging and saleable condition
  • Refund Method: Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items

Digital Products

  • No Returns: Digital products, programs, or downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed

Gift Certificates and Packages

  • Validity Period: Gift certificates valid indefinitely

Medical and Emergency Exceptions

  • Serious illness or injury preventing service use (requires medical documentation)
  • Military deployment (requires official orders)
  • Relocation beyond 50 miles of spa location

Documentation Required

  • Medical: Licensed physician's note stating inability to use services
  • Military: Copy of deployment orders
  • Relocation: Proof of new address

Refund Process

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds processed within 7-14 business days
